Welcome to Q’s Roses

At Q’s Roses, we aim to provide a seamless and delightful experience while delivering handcrafted candy floral arrangements tailored to your unique vision. Our specialty lies in creating edible decorations that serve as standalone assets or complementary components for your events. Whether for a special occasion or a personal indulgence, our creations combine artistry, craftsmanship, and unforgettable flavor.

Scope of Service and Product

Q’s Roses is not a substitute for natural florists or catering services. Our candy floral arrangements are designed as edible decorations and cannot supply the volume of flowers required for traditional floral arrangements. We gladly collaborate with your chosen florist or caterer to bring a unified vision to life when you book with us for an occasion.

Complexity and Availability:
Our candy flowers are handcrafted using HERSHEY'S Jolly Rancher hard candy. As such, the availability of flavors depends entirely on Hershey’s production and retail access. If a flavor becomes discontinued or unavailable, compromises may need to be discussed during the consultation. We aim to deliver seamless customer experiences but require your understanding when navigating material limitations or design complexities.

Booking and Delivery Guidelines

Time constraints and distance are critical factors in accepting orders. Consultations are required prior to booking, especially for events.

Booking Timeline: Orders must be booked a maximum of 3 months in advance. Exceptions may be considered under special circumstances, as determined by Q’s Roses.
Delivery Radius: Currently, we deliver within a radius of 4 hours of driving time from Cook County, IL. Orders outside this radius are rarely accepted unless negotiated and agreed upon during the consultation.
Event Coordination: More time between booking and the event is preferable to ensure a smooth experience. Compensation and accommodations for deliveries beyond our radius will be discussed in detail during the consultation.

Please note, as of 2025, Q’s Roses does not have a commercial site for order pickups. Updates will be shared when applicable.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on a labor/time scale, reflecting the skill and craftsmanship behind each candy floral arrangement, rather than the physical product itself. Prices are calculated per finished product and adjusted for additional design details.

Deposits: A deposit of 50% is required at the point of booking.
Final Payments: Payments will be made securely upon delivery of the product. Card and banking information will not be stored, and no recurring payments will be processed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Orders canceled prior to production may receive a partial refund of the deposit.
Orders canceled during production will result in limited refunds, depending on the stage of completion.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations at the time of delivery or afterward.
Damaged or unfulfilled orders that cannot be effectively replaced will qualify for a refund based on the extent of damage.

Rescheduling requests must be communicated promptly to avoid discrepancies.

Safety and Handling Instructions

Candy roses are fragile and susceptible to temperature changes, humidity, and stress.

Storage: Place in a dry, shaded area below 70°F (21°C) away from direct sunlight. Refrigerators are not suitable due to humidity.
Handling: Avoid exerting stress to prevent breakage. Guardians of children under seven should supervise handling due to sharp edges or choking hazards. Q’s Roses is not liable for negligence.

Customer Experience and Design Confirmation

Your candy floral arrangements are tailored to your preferences, ensuring a unique result that reflects your vision. During the consultation, designs must be confirmed before production begins.

You will receive a photo of the first flower (if multiple are ordered) for approval or modification. Charges may apply based on the extent of requested changes during production.
