What to consider

There is a limited amount of orders taken on, month -to- month. The quantity size of these orders greatly weigh on that limitation, as to not overbook what cannot be completed. That's why it's important to schedule in advance and as soon as possible.SOME exceptions are made but that is entirely at the company's discretion.

Accepted orders are restricted to the state of Illinois and selected surrounded areas.

We independently deliver, therefore it is important to note that most, if not all, orders will be limited to the state of Illinois and surrounding states. Consideration of accepting an order is at the company's discretion. Furthermore, there will be a limited amount of bookings per month, as previously stated. Customers will be charged a fee and will be discussed during the initial consultation.

Price and Payment

Every order is tailored to your needs, and pricing reflects this customization. Pricing is determined by several factors: Preparation & Complexity: The time required for design and production. Labor: The time spent crafting your order. Materials: The cost of ingredients and supplies. Delivery: If applicable, based on distance and logistics. All pricing details will be discussed during your initial consultation, including a clear breakdown of charges in an official invoice. You’ll also receive a rough estimate during this consultation. Important Payment Notes: Payments cannot be made directly through this website. Final payments can be made electronically or via card upon delivery. We will never ask for or store your card information.

Quantity Limit

With all flowers being single handedly produced by one individual, there is a monthly limit of how many customers are accepted, which is greatly based on quantity. Holiday demand can also affect that limit. The more roses per order, the less customers per month. With that said, it advised that all orders are planned and booked in advance, and understand that you're order is not guaranteed to be accepted. If it is not within our capabilities to complete, then we will not risk potential dissatisfaction for our customers.

Product Quality and safety

Temperature Sensitivity: As candy flowers are made from edible materials, they are sensitive to heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Proper storage is recommended to maintain quality. Shelf Life: Candy flowers are best consumed or displayed within a period of 5 days before wilting begins. Transport Fragility: While we ensure proper packaging, the delicate nature of candy flowers means they require gentle handling during transportation and set up. Choking Hazard Warning: Small pieces or decorative elements are not suitable for children under 5. Parental discretion is advised.
